When reporting a problem, it helps to include the start URL you used (or just say it is private), the settings on the form, and what you expected to see.
The server refused the status check or rate-limited it. That is not the same as a broken link, which is why the two are kept apart. Lower Concurrency and run again, or open the link yourself once to confirm.
The site is not known in advance, so access cannot be limited to a fixed list of hosts. The permission is requested when you start an audit, not when you install. No cookies are sent with any request.
The extension does not run JavaScript. It reads the HTML your server sends, the same as crawlers that do not render pages — including the crawlers behind AI answers. If a page is drawn by scripts, that is what the report tells you. Google usually does render JavaScript, so its view can differ.
Yes, as long as your browser can open it. The audit runs inside your browser, so nothing needs to be reachable from the public internet, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Up to 500 pages, and up to 800 external links. Anything beyond that is reported as skipped rather than silently dropped. If a server starts refusing requests, lower Concurrency.

相手のサーバーが状態確認を拒否したか、回数制限をかけています。リンク切れとは別物なので、分けて表示しています。Concurrency を下げて再実行するか、一度ご自身で開いて確認してください。
監査するサイトは事前に分からないため、特定のホストに限定できません。許可を求めるのはインストール時ではなく、監査を開始したときです。どのリクエストにも Cookie は送信しません。
本拡張機能は JavaScript を実行しません。サーバーが送信する生のHTMLを読みます。これは、ページを描画しないクローラー（AIの回答を支えるクローラーを含む）と同じ見え方です。スクリプトで描画しているページは、そのように報告されます。Google は通常 JavaScript を実行するため、見え方が異なることがあります。
できます。ブラウザーで開けるURLであれば対象になります。監査はブラウザーの中で実行されるため、インターネットから到達できる必要はなく、どこにもアップロードされません。
最大500ページ、外部リンクは最大800本です。それを超えた分は、黙って捨てずに「未確認」として報告します。サーバーがリクエストを拒否し始めた場合は Concurrency を下げてください。
